Bedford Harriers AC is a friendly, coach-led running and triathlon club founded in 1985 and catering for all abilities. The club is based in Bedford, in the East of England region, and trains at the Bedford International Athletics Stadium. They offer a variety of sessions including morning and evening runs, interval training, hill work, and long-distance training.
Blyth Running Club is a UK-based club located in south-east Northumberland near Newcastle-upon-Tyne. Formed in 1983, the club has approximately 130 senior members, 40% of whom are women, as well as a junior section of around 40 members. The club is primarily focused on road running, with members competing in events from 5K to marathon distance, though some also participate in fell, trail, and track races. Blyth RC organizes several of its own events throughout the year, including the Blyth Valley 10K, Blyth Links 10K, and Blyth Sands Race.
