Havering 90 Joggers (H90j) is a friendly local running club for adults aged 18 and above. With around 200 members, the club has an equal gender split and caters to runners of all abilities, from beginners to more experienced athletes. In addition to their regular training runs, the club organizes social events like fine dining evenings, BBQs, and a Christmas party. They also offer a 10-week Learn to Run course every few months to help new runners achieve a 5K parkrun distance.

Blyth Running Club is a UK-based club located in south-east Northumberland near Newcastle-upon-Tyne. Formed in 1983, the club has approximately 130 senior members, 40% of whom are women, as well as a junior section of around 40 members. The club is primarily focused on road running, with members competing in events from 5K to marathon distance, though some also participate in fell, trail, and track races. Blyth RC organizes several of its own events throughout the year, including the Blyth Valley 10K, Blyth Links 10K, and Blyth Sands Race.
